Christopher Ullman, a parishioner at Blessed Sacrament Church in Alexandria, has competed in the national and international whistling competition nine times and won four times. He's whistled the “Battle Hymn of the Republic” in the Oval Office and performed the National Anthem at Washington Nationals baseball games.
